The story of SIREWALL needs to be told. Instead of having a 10 acre clear cut produce materials for only 10 homes that may last 30-40 years, a hole the same size can provide enough earth for 10,000 homes whose walls last 1000 years. The best green wall system in the world featuring patented stabilized insulated rammed earth is both beautiful and durable. It is like having ultra luxurious marble like walls that are great for the environment. Institute B will be developing a sales infrastructure as well as adding in operations expertise to this small business. Let’s shout it from the roof tops, green wall technology needs to be THE standard wall technology.

Dr. Jason Rivers is a world renowned Dermatologist who aspires to provide skin products that change people’s lives for the better. Leveraging ingredients derived from the pacific coast red cedar tree, Riversol provides a skin care line committed not only to reducing skin redness and inflammation but also to furthering its social agenda of inclusion and compassion called You Are Not Your Skin. From branding, on-line promotion, search engine optimization, accounting, logistics, IT and infomercials, the institute B team is fully entrenched in the Riversol family. Institute B is hosting Riversol in its Gastown office.

Curtis and Sheri-Lee Krouzel had a dream. A very audacious dream. Their vision of a perfect life consists of owning and operating a world class organic vineyard and winery in the Okanagan. Together we are making their dreams happen. Besides a financial review and edit to their business plan, we structured an investment opportunity that was attractive to all stakeholders. Next steps are to address the branding and schmarketing of the winery as it progresses in development.
