Hopscotch is a proprietary business planning system that helps entrepreneurs and leaders relate personally and emotionally to their business. Business schools teach how to write a business plan: thorough, specific, methodological, rational. Not very much about business is rational though. The stock market is not rational; Supplier negotiations are not rational; Company valuations are not rational; Purchase decisions are not rational.
