Hopscotch Business Planning Process – Finance
Hopscotch is a proprietary business planning system that helps entrepreneurs and leaders relate personally and emotionally to their business. By expressing their company as an output of the Founder’s and leadership team’s personal self-expressions, the business becomes a movement, a cause, a mission-based entity.
Business schools teach how to write a business plan: thorough, specific, methodological, rational. Not very much about business is rational though. The stock market is not rational; Supplier negotiations are not rational; Company valuations are not rational; Purchase decisions are not rational.
Our workshops are designed specifically for solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who have business ideas but have lots of gaps in their knowledge in how to grow their businesses.
Personally led by Darrell Kopke, Manfred Vollmer and Sam Perera, the ChangeMaker Accelerator Series is not a theoretical workshop. It is a proven, hands-on approach designed to address the unique challenges and circumstances of your individual business led by experienced entrepreneurs who have completed the process themselves and seen the results.
