institute B presents: 21st Century Governance (Workshop)
Institute B is excited to present a 1.5 day seminar on effective Board governance. While at lululemon athletica, I saw hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted in catching up past governance neglect when we were set to IPO. I knew then that in the future I would be much more proactive in setting up effective Board communication and processes. If you are involved in a pre-IPO company or start-up, do not miss this event.
